Springtime Maternity Photoshoot at Wilkerson Nature Preserve in Raleigh

Pati + Dakota’s maternity session is one of my favorites. I love when couples go the extra mile for their photoshoots and wear something that makes them feel beautiful and confident. This special touch shows me they appreciate the process as much as I do, and there’s nothing better than mutual excitement for a photoshoot! I put so much love and energy into my clients!

Before the shoot, I shared my location guide with Pati and she chose Annie Wilkerson Nature Preserve. This is one of my absolute favorite locations, but photographers, be aware that a City of Raleigh Permit is required to take photos here. You can buy either a one time permit, or a yearly permit.
